Core rules for a safe and reproducible system

Principles

  • No change to payment or settlement rails. The system runs as an adjacent verification and attestation layer and does not alter card or PG rules or cadences.

  • Minimal on chain. Record only status grade hash signature and timestamp. Keep originals encrypted off chain.

  • Reproducible state. Every transition should be explainable by who when and on what basis so that equivalent inputs yield equivalent verification.

  • Standardized schema. Use a machine readable RVA so reconciliation underwriting and monitoring can be automated.

  • Security and compliance by default. Key management request signing transport security access control and full audit trails from day one.

Out of scope

No custody of funds and no brokerage. Approvals and payouts are decided by partners under their own policies and regulations.
