These Terms of Service set the rules for using the BridgTime website documentation and any early access features or forms. By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms and to the related Privacy Policy. If you do not agree do not use the site.

1. Service scope and planning status

BridgTime is in planning. Features content timelines and availability may change or may not launch. The site and documentation are provided for information only. Nothing on the site is an offer solicitation brokerage or advice.

2. Eligibility

The site is intended for business users. You represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for your organization and that you are not a person or entity restricted by applicable law.

3. Accounts and access

Some areas may require an account or an access request. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for protecting credentials and access tokens. You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

4. Permitted use

You may use the site for evaluation learning and early access testing. You must not misuse the site or attempt to disrupt servers networks or security. Reverse engineering scraping automated extraction and load testing are not allowed unless we provide written permission.

5. Uploads and test data

If you upload files or provide exports you confirm that you have rights to do so and that the data is lawful to process for testing. You must not upload personal data beyond what is necessary. You remain responsible for your content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

6. AI features

AI may read photos PDFs CSVs and Excel extract fields map them into a draft and flag gaps duplicates and sum errors. AI can translate summaries and comments to support multilingual work. AI output is subject to human review and is provided as assistance only. Do not use AI output as the only basis for legal financial tax or compliance decisions.

7. RVA and on chain records

An RVA is a machine readable evidence object. Where useful only the RVA hash and minimal status metadata may be written on a public blockchain. Raw files and personal data remain off chain. Blockchain records are public and usually cannot be changed or deleted.

8. No financial services

BridgTime does not provide custody or transfer of funds and does not solicit broker arrange or advise on financing. Approvals payouts rates and other terms are determined by partners under their own policies licenses and regulations.

9. Third party services

The site may link to or integrate with third party services such as analytics storage or identity providers. Their terms and privacy policies govern their services. We are not responsible for third party services.

10. Intellectual property

The site documentation designs logos and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted to you under these Terms you receive no license to our intellectual property. You may provide feedback and suggestions. We may use feedback without obligation.

11. Confidentiality

During early access you may receive non public information. You agree to use such information only for evaluation and not to disclose it to third parties without permission unless required by law.

12. Privacy

Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the site you acknowledge that information may be processed as described there.

13. Security

We use administrative technical and physical safeguards. No method is perfectly secure. You are responsible for applying reasonable safeguards on your systems and for notifying us of suspected incidents related to the site.

14. Changes and suspension

We may change the site or these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. We may suspend or end access to the site or to specific features for maintenance security legal reasons or misuse.

15. Disclaimers

The site and documentation are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. Information and AI output may contain errors or may be incomplete and are provided for guidance only.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect incidental special exemplary or consequential damages or for loss of profits revenues data or business opportunities. Our total liability for all claims related to the site will not exceed the greater of one hundred United States dollars or the amount you paid to use the site in the twelve months before the claim.

17. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless BridgTime and its affiliates directors officers employees and agents from claims damages losses and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from your content your use of the site or your breach of these Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply at our place of incorporation without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of that location unless another forum is required by law. You and we may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.

19. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may terminate or suspend access at any time for any reason including misuse or non compliance. Upon termination the sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect including intellectual property confidentiality privacy disclaimers limitation of liability indemnification and governing law.

21. Entire agreement

These Terms along with the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site and supersede prior understandings about the site.
