Onboard two to three invited partners, merchants and suppliers included
Operate the uploader beta, convert screenshots and PDFs and spreadsheets into a standardized view
Run the AI risk engine MVP, detect refund spikes and night time anomalies and SLA deviations with explanations
Compile the first audit summary, prioritize recommendations and start phased remediation
Execute penetration testing for backend and API, patch critical issues within internal windows
Token and Governance
Dry run parameter governance, proposal and review and timelock and execution in a restricted environment
Pilot utility usage, access credits and rate limit keys and lock to use agreements, validate technical linkage
Data and Reliability
Provide a read only SLO dashboard alpha to internal users and invited partners
Publish incident and RCA templates, export guides and subgraph examples
Review data processing and jurisdiction notices, enhance the DPIA draft
Targets
Weekly RVA volume above two thousand, issue p95 under 800 milliseconds in labs and limited pilots
Uploader automation success rate at least 85 percent, manual exception work under 10 percent
Risk engine precision and recall at least 0.85, complete one feedback incorporation round
At least two governance dry runs, verify timelock between 24 and 48 hours
