• Release mainnet, publish operations policy for AttestationRegistry and AccessController

• Move partner connectors to beta, provide an RVA subgraph with finalized event and log schema

• Complete the second external audit and post release verification, publish a change tracked summary

• Operate on chain parameter governance, run emergency guards on a schedule

• Formalize the treasury policy and signer rotation cadence, establish monthly reporting

• Publish monthly SLO compliance reports, share availability and latency and error rates

• Monitor subgraph latency and share key integration metrics, institutionalize performance regression tests

  
  

Targets

• Monthly RVA above fifty thousand, oracle commit failure under 0.05 percent

• Service availability 99.97 percent, incident MTTR under 60 minutes, remediate security advisories within 30 days

• Operate a 48 hour timelock, consider expanding multisig from two of three to three of five
